This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Undercurrent platform (“Platform,” “Service”) operated by Clover IT Solutions of the Upstate, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
1. Free Trial
We offer a 10-day free trial with full access to the Platform. No payment information is required to start your trial.
If you do not subscribe before your trial ends, your account will be deactivated. No charge will occur. You may reactivate by subscribing at any time.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the Platform until that date.
- No refunds are issued for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the current period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the start of the annual billing cycle.
- Within 30 days of purchase: If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused months remaining on your subscription.
- After 30 days: No refunds are issued. Your subscription remains active through the end of the annual period.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle. You retain access until that date.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Self-service: Navigate to Settings > Billing in the Platform and select “Cancel Subscription.”
- Email: Contact us at support@undercurrentapp.ai with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and your account email address.
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email.
5. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- You may export your data for 30 days.
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@undercurrentapp.ai within 30 days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
