This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions to the Undercurrent platform (“Platform,” “Service”) operated by Clover IT Solutions of the Upstate, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”).
1. First-Month Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month of service. If you are not satisfied with the Platform for any reason within 30 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund of that month’s subscription fee.
- The guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only — monthly or the first month of an annual subscription.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your first payment.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
- Your account will be deactivated upon refund. You may export your data before requesting the refund.
This guarantee exists because the Platform compounds over time. We want you to experience enough of the analytical cycle to make an informed decision — not rush through a short trial.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain access to the Platform until that date.
- No refunds are issued for partial months beyond the first-month guarantee. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but you will not receive a refund for the remainder of the current period.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the start of the annual billing cycle.
- Within 30 days of purchase: The first-month money-back guarantee applies. If you cancel within 30 days, you will receive a full refund.
- After 30 days: You may receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months remaining on your subscription, at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current annual cycle unless a refund is issued. You retain access until that date.
4. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Self-service: Navigate to Settings > Billing in the Platform and select “Cancel Subscription.”
- Email: Contact us at support@theundercurrentapp.com with the subject line “Cancel Subscription” and your account email address.
Cancellations are processed within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email.
5. Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- You may export your data for 30 days.
- After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted per our Privacy Policy.
6. Billing Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at billing@undercurrentapp.ai within 30 days of the charge. Include:
- Your account email address
- The date and amount of the charge in question
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days.
