No usage fees. No per-seat charge under five practitioners. Creating a client is free.
One engagement is one contracted relationship with one client organization, however many legal entities it has. Coachees at different companies are different engagements.
Your plan includes three. Creating a client is free. An engagement is claimed the first time you record an observation, a meeting, or an intake seed for it.
Nothing is added to your bill unless you ask for it. When you reach your limit, the app tells you, and you choose whether to add an engagement. A fourth and beyond is $100 a month each. Each is a whole month, never prorated. Beyond twenty additional engagements, we set up a Firm account with you.
When an engagement ends, mark it finished. It stays on file, and its notes and email keep accumulating. Your first three finished engagements are free; more are $50 a month each. Reactivate any time.
Your count lowers by itself. On the 1st of each month, your engagement count drops to what you actually used.
