This Price Schedule states the prices for the Undercurrent platform (“Platform”) operated by Undercurrent Research Labs, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). It is incorporated by reference into the End User License Agreement (“EULA”), which defines each line and sets out how engagements work (EULA §2). Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout where required.
The prices in effect when you purchase apply for your current billing period. We will give existing subscribers notice by email before a price change takes effect for them. A change to this Price Schedule does not change the EULA and does not require you to accept the EULA again.

Annual billing applies to the fixed lines only, at ten times the monthly price. Engagements are always billed monthly.

Additional engagements are added only when you request one in the Platform. On the first day of each month, the number billed to you is reduced automatically to the number you actually used in the prior month. The full rules are in the EULA §2, “How Engagements Work.”
